The typical Marche style cottage, is renovated and expanded with swimming pool and gym, overlooking the valley. The ground floor is the living area and the first floor is the sleeping area.
While the exterior maintains the traditional characteristic, the interior is revisited in a modern way, with essential and minimal furnishing , mostly of natural materials like stones or wood.
