The 90 square meters has been redesigned in order to use all the spaces according to the customer needs. A living room with kitchen, study area two bedrooms and bathrooms. The entrance area is designed to be functional but also welcoming.

The furniture is located in front of the corner of the study, separated from the entrance by a silk-screened window. The sliding glass door, when closed, separates the living room and the kitchen but when opened, closes the plasterboard cavity made in the back wall.
