The old existing farmhouse has been under restyling, which involved the garden and external environments, and has been integrated into the new extension that includes the hall receptions on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper floor; the materials used are the brick face-view for the exterior, quartzite for outdoor floors and Silvia Gold for interior finishes.
