The commercial complex that will be built on the Gran Sasso knit factory, consists on a commercial base and office block.
The complex is clean and linear: it consists of a fully glazed and transparent box, wrapped by a thread that characterizes the structure and refers to the original material worked: the wool.
The idea of the woolen thread was then reinterpreted, shaping into a more original shape of the structure.

Now, this thread becomes a ribbon, covered in wood in the lower part of the structure.
On the other hand, when the ribbon covers the highest building, it becomes brise-soleil for the sun protection of the offices on the higher floors.
Also in the night scenery, the ribbon is highlight with an illumination that enhances the edges making it stand out on the glass backdrop box.
