The degradation conditions of the existing building requires the demolition and reconstruction. This intervention allows to achieve one more high architectural quality, better energy performance and greater seismic safety.
The architectural idea is to have a rigid central core of regular shape, wrapped in a sheet metal skin that forms fragmented shapes.
